Pikermi Residence
Pikermi Residence is a private residential project located in Pikermi, Attica, designed around the idea of calm everyday living, natural light and a close relationship with the outdoor environment.
The architectural approach focuses on clean volumes, simple geometries and a warm material palette that gives the residence a contemporary but grounded character. Large openings connect the interior spaces with the garden and outdoor areas, allowing the house to feel open, bright and directly connected to its surroundings.
The design balances privacy and openness, creating comfortable living spaces that respond to the needs of a modern family home. Shaded terraces, carefully framed views and a clear spatial organization support a relaxed Mediterranean lifestyle, where indoor and outdoor living become part of the same experience.
Pikermi Residence reflects a simple and timeless architectural language, with emphasis on proportion, functionality and understated elegance.
