Esperia Residences
Esperia is a residential project located in Heraklion, Crete, designed as a contemporary apartment complex that balances urban living with a warm, human-centered architectural approach.
The project consists of nine residences, organized with clarity and simplicity, while the façade is shaped through clean lines, soft volumes and carefully placed openings. The design aims to create a calm architectural presence within the city, avoiding unnecessary complexity and focusing instead on proportion, natural light and everyday comfort.
A key part of the concept is the relationship between interior and exterior space. Balconies, terraces and shaded areas extend the living spaces outward, offering privacy and openness at the same time. The material palette remains minimal and refined, combining natural tones, textured surfaces and contemporary details that give the building a sense of quiet elegance.
Esperia reflects a modern way of living in Crete: simple, bright and functional, with an architectural identity that feels both contemporary and connected to its Mediterranean context.
