Villa Oleander
Forming part of the residential trilogy in Antiparos, Villa Oleander celebrates the timeless stillness of the landscape and the purity of Aegean light. Built upon the same structural layout as its counterparts, Oleander distinguishes itself through a monochromatic palette of beige travertine and sand hues, echoing the island’s sun-bleached rocks and sandy terrain. Low-impact masonry and open outdoor platforms allow the natural contours of the land and native scrubland to take center stage. By prioritizing raw textures and spatial clarity, the residence offers a peaceful retreat that fosters a deep, continuous dialogue with the wild landscape of Antiparos.
